Never doubt the power of Jesus. Scripture is replete with descriptions of His authority and power. You would have to be a fool to deny it. But we’ve all proven our propensity for being fools time and again. For unbelievers, God’s power should cause feelings of terror such as they have never known. His wrath is beyond their greatest fear and most horrific imagination. It is indeed a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the living God. (Hebrews 10:31)

For those of us who are His, His power should be a constant comfort as we realize no problem is too big for Him to solve. (Jeremiah 32:17; Luke 1:37) No situation is too great for Him to rescue us from. The power of Christ is unlimited and unstoppable. (Psalm 115:3; Matthew 19:26)
Never doubt the power of Jesus, because God gives Him authority over all flesh. (John 17:2) Every man, woman, and child is under His authority and subject to His Lordship and power. He is not one of many gods from whom we can choose. Jesus is the one and only way, the only truth, and the only source of eternal life. (John 14:6; Acts 4:12) He is holy, and there is no other. (Isaiah 45:5-6; Revelation 15:4) He is the only one who loves us with unconditional love, and He alone can save our souls. (Romans 5:8; Hebrews 7:25)
Jesus rules over the living and the dead. (Romans 14:9) That means everyone who is, ever was, or ever shall be. The reason He came was to seek and to save the lost, but it was also to rule. (Luke 19:10; Isaiah 9:6-7) Jesus rules the visible and the invisible. (Colossians 1:16-17) As He told Pilate, “My kingdom is not of this world.” (John 18:36-37) There are no exceptions to His rule, and all men will bow their knee to Him. (Philippians 2:9-11; Romans 14:11) If they refuse, their pride will sentence them to an eternity in a burning Hell. (2 Thessalonians 1:5-9; Revelation 20:15) Never doubt the power of Jesus.
The power of Jesus was on full display when He rose from the dead and took His seat at the right hand of God. (Ephesians 1:20-21) From there He rules over everything and everyone. (Ephesians 1:22) Nothing escapes His notice or divine judgment. (Hebrews 4:13; Ecclesiastes 12:14) He commands, and His creation obeys. (Mark 4:39-41; Psalm 33:9) He is also the head of the Church, the source of truth, and the sustainer of all things. (Colossians 1:17-18) Without Him, the entire Universe would implode and cease to exist. (Colossians 1:17)
God exalts Jesus over every other being in creation. (Philippians 2:9) His name is above every other name, and He alone is worthy of our worship. (Revelation 5:12-13; Psalm 96:4) Every knee bows in deference to Him, and every tongue confesses Him as Lord. (Philippians 2:10-11) The power of Jesus knows no equal. (Isaiah 46:9; Revelation 1:8) He has power over every other ruler and authority. (Colossians 2:9-10) The angels bow in service and worship of Christ. (1 Peter 3:22). God entrusts everything to Jesus (Matthew 11:27; John 3:35), and no one comes to the Father except through Him. (John 14:6) He is the Lord of lords and the King of kings. (Revelation 19:16) He is the way, the truth, and the life. (John 14:6) Do not take Him lightly and never doubt the power of Jesus.
